Returns Policy

At 25 Menswear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a return under the following conditions:


: You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.


: All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and labels still attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or without the original tags.


: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the safe return of your items. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at: 25menswearuk@gmail.com, or alternatively our contact tab on our website within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to send your items back to us.


: Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process your refund. Please note, refunds will be issued as store credit to the original website account used to purchase the item, minus any original shipping charges.


: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund of store credit and place a new order for the desired item.


: If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund of store credit, including return postage costs.
